Conduct calling to customers for order confirmation and sales conversion.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for inquiries.
Convert leads into sales through effective phone communication.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer and employee information.
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, follow-up on inquiries, or provide information.
Provide detailed information regarding products/services, promotions, or offers when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and quality standards.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, or sales meetings as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
