Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, promoting our courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about our CA coaching programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, and enrollment procedures clearly and effectively.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, and schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential students to ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a record of interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
