FEMALE TELECALLING EXECUTIVES
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecalling Executive below 30 years of age to join our Edutech team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with potential students and parents to promote our educational programs and services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects over the phone, provide information about our offerings, and help convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential students and parents to provide information about our courses, programs, and educational services.
Understand customer needs and suggest the right educational solutions.
Answer queries from prospects regarding course details, fees, and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments for counselling sessions or follow-up calls.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide excellent service.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
Stay updated on the company’s educational programs and services to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
Female candidates.
Age below 30 years.
Strong communication skills in relevant languages, e.g., English.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage with customers over the phone.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Previous experience in telecalling is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
