Deliver high-quality infrastructure and applications that meet the business needs and SLAs
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Dev Ops processes and tools
Ensure the compliance with the security standards and policies
Lead and develop a team of Dev Ops engineers
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across the organization
Stakeholder Management Manage relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination

Deliver high-quality infrastructure and applications that meet the business needs and SLAs
- Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of business requirements and raise technical requirements.
- Ensure sign off from operations/ product/ credit/ finance on the requirement specifications.
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Dev Ops processes and tools
- Manage JIRA Sprints and Devops Scripts to automate visualization.
Ensure the compliance with the security standards and policies
- Understand underlying systems and interfaces
- Build parameterized information that needs to move between 2 systems
- Performance root cause analysis for production errors.
Lead and develop a team of Dev Ops engineers
- Provide support for various audit queries related to core Applications.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across the organization
- Develop detailed Project plans
- Monitor adherence to plans to ensure timeliness of projects
- Review and ensure desired quality of output
Stakeholder Management Manage relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders for smooth cross-functional coordination
- Constantly take & provide inputs to stakeholders to improve output
- Gain concurrence, approval, and consensus from stakeholders regarding the various project aspects, adjust accordingly
- Keep stakeholders updated about project status
