Team Member - Finance-HO & SUPPORT-BIU-Financials
Job Role
Job Requirements:
- Work with Consumer Banking team to drive strategic initiative and develop financial operating plan as necessary to deliver short term and long term result
- Preparation of financial plan for SBU/Zonal/Location level with actual comparison month on month
- Work with Central Finance team to prepare Annual Plan
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insight
- Identify and research variances to forecast, Budget and prior year expenses, proactively identifying opportunity of improvement
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with Businesses and cross functional team
- Automation of key financial reports and MIS’s Ensuring compliance with financial processes system and policies
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ Experience with CA/MBA from a reputed institute
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, SAS
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
