A restaurant steward's responsibilities include:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
- Customer service Greeting guests, answering phone calls, and providing information about the restaurant
- Table service Setting and clearing tables, preparing tables for guests, and escorting guests to their tables
- Menu service Providing menus, keeping menus clean, and assisting guests with menu items
- Beverage service Refilling drinks, delivering beverages from the bartender, and stocking beverage stations
- Food service Assisting kitchen staff with preparing simple dishes, adding garnishes, and stocking serving stations
- Sanitation and safety Following all safety and sanitation procedures, and maintaining a clean and hygienic dining area
- Other duties Setting up seasonal decorations, helping with opening and closing tasks, and directing guests to restrooms
