Bar Steward
A bar steward's responsibilities include:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
- Preparing drinks: Mix drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, according to customer requests or standard recipes
- Serving drinks: Serve drinks to customers or food and beverage servers
- Collecting payment: Collect payment for drinks and record sales
- Maintaining inventory: Maintain bar stock and order supplies
- Cleaning: Clean the bar area and wash glassware
- Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with liquor legislation and regulations
- Setting up: Assist in setting up the bar, including the counter, back-bar displays, and menus
- Interacting with customers: Greet customers, identify their preferences, and respond to their requests
- Closing: Close open checks at the end of duty
- Working with others: Work with the bartender to ensure the bar is open and set up correctly
