Prepare and cook south Indian cuisine according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Assisting in the food preparation process.
Work closely with colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel property and satisfaction of the guests.
Set up the sections of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase the speed and productivity.
The position is required to have experience in South Indian food.
Previous Experience in this profile is mandatory.
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
Accepting store deliveries.
Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
Ensure the quality of the food items
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
Need to be flexible and willing to help other at busy times as and when required.
Qualification & Experience :
Degree or diploma in culinary / Hotel management.
Familiar with inventory systems.
A team player.
Minimum 2 Years of experience in the same role.
Willing to do shift wise duty.
