Job Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced EDP Executive/Assistant with a strong background in hotel management systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure and hotel management systems, ensuring smooth data processing and reporting.
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot software for hotel operations, including reservations, front office, housekeeping.
Handle the daily data processing tasks, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
Regularly monitor hotel IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure continuous availability.
Provide technical support to hotel staff for any issues related to Software and other IT systems, including user training and troubleshooting.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using WINHMS and other hotel management systems.
Manage system upgrades, software patches, and perform regular data backups.
Oversee the functioning of hotel IT hardware, including computers, routers etc.
Ensure data security and protection against potential cyber threats by enforcing proper security protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in an EDP or IT role in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge ofhotel management software.
Proficiency in network administration, data processing, hardware troubleshooting, and IT support.
