We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and ensure smooth financial operations within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, experience with Tally ERP, and knowledge of GST and TDS.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and ensure smooth financial operations within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, experience with Tally ERP, and knowledge of GST and TDS.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Ledger Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple companies.
- Sales & Purchase Entries for Multiple Companies: Accurately manage sales and purchase transactions across different entities.
- GST & TDS Compliance: Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations.
- Accounting Software: Utilise Tally ERP to manage all financial records and transactions effectively.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Master’s degree in Commerce (MCom) is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles, ideally handling multi-company financial records.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP is essential.
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
