Job Title: Service Now Trainer (Freelancer Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Now Trainer to provide high-quality training sessions to professionals. The role is suited for freelancers or part-time trainers with at least 5 years of experience in Service Now development, implementation, and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver detailed training sessions on Service Now ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other Service Now modules.
Develop engaging training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
Explain complex Service Now workflows, automation, and customizations with real-world examples.
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Continuously update training materials based on the latest Service Now releases and updates.

Key Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience with Service Now platform development and support.
Proven experience in training individuals or teams in Service Now.
Strong understanding of Service Now scripting, workflows, automations, and Service Portal.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
Freelancers or part-time trainers are preferred.
Hands-on experience with Service Now implementations in a corporate environment is required.

Preferred Skills:

Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant certifications.
Experience in integrating Service Now with third-party tools and platforms.
