Job description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Testing Specialist who will be responsible for testing Service Now integrations and ensuring the quality and performance of the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Gx P regulations and will play a key role in identifying bugs, performing unit and integration testing, and validating the overall system functionality through user acceptance testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough testing of Service Now integrations to ensure the solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
Identify and document bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks during the testing phase.
Conduct unit testing to validate the correctness of individual components in the Service Now platform.
Perform integration testing to ensure smooth interaction between Service Now and external systems or services.
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the overall system functionality from an end-user perspective.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure defects are resolved and test cases meet requirements.
Maintain testing documentation and reports, tracking issues through to resolution.
Ensure compliance with Gx P standards and regulations during the testing process.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts for testing processes and quality assurance strategies.
Requirements:
Experience in Service Now testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Strong understanding of Gx P regulations and their application in testing environments.
Proficiency in identifying bugs, issues, and performance problems within integrated Service Now systems.
Experience with Service Now integration testing, ensuring seamless interaction with external services.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
