Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center.
- Develop and customize training materials, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies to reinforce key concepts.
- Assess and monitor the progress of trainees, providing detailed feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Guidewire to keep the training content relevant.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire development and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite products and integration methodologies.
- Experience in training or mentoring individuals, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Guidewire scripting, Gosu programming, and integration frameworks.
- Freelancers or part-time trainers are preferred.
- Experience working on real-world Guidewire implementations is a must.
- Guidewire Certified Professional or related certifications.
- Experience with Guidewire cloud solutions or integration with third-party applications.
