We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to take charge of operations in Bangladesh. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, from driving sales to engaging with clients and ensuring follow-up. Proficiency in road construction is essential. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients' needs, preferences, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Identify and prospect new clients in the designated territory.
Develop and implement sales strategies to target potential clients effectively.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to new prospects.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.
Follow-up with clients.
Give us feedback about existing clients and report to us if any issue arises.
Have to be in constant communication with our Export Coordinator in India.
Qualification & Other skills:
Prior experience in sales is a plus.
Proficiency in road construction is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
Age should be 30 years or above.
