The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize time-sensitive matters.
Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential communications, draft emails, letters, and presentations as needed.
Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal Department.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and confidentiality forms.
Maintain and organize legal files and documentation, both physical and digital.
Assist with legal research, gathering information, and preparing briefs as needed.
Track legal deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents.
Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents.
Ensure proper execution, filing, and organization of contracts and agreements.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm is a plus.
