Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job description
Our client seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets for our real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and skilfully handle customer interactions while effectively managing the database.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure performance excellence.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, contracts, and documentation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ Years of Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry is a plus.
