Sales Admin
- Plan daily operations site by site for all projects.
- Monitor and track the tendering schedule across divisions to ensure active participation.
- Conduct daily morning briefings for each shift to allocate work, motivate workers, and gather feedback.
- Oversee the project lifecycle for assigned divisions, including:
- Daily checks on online tendering status.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate issuance to the team.
- Print and store final Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Handle tender documentation, including KYC, affidavits, MOUs, EMD, security/bank guarantee payments, and performance guarantee submissions.
- Update the WCC requests, measurement book (MB), and final billing and contract documentation.
- Draft request letters for EMD and performance guarantee refunds and update request forms.
- Compile and finalize collection reports for follow-up and hand over to the Head of Department.
- Work on Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Maintain the Work Request Document (WRD) worksheet daily.
- Encourage innovative ideas in project execution.
- Perform 5S audits for KAFMAR.
- Manage worker training, health, and overall well-being.
- Conduct monthly analyses and reports for project performance and machine efficiency, including insights.
- Research and report on CSR projects using online databases categorized by state or country.
- Assist in the recruitment process for the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
