Job Summary This role involves extracting and analyzing dashboard requirements anticipating client needs and presenting insightful dashboards. Key tasks include managing client reporting prioritizing requirements and creating prototypes. The individual will collaborate with client services apply best practices for communication and problem-solving automate reports in Excel and ensure accuracy through quality checks. They will also provide data driven recommendations aligned with team objectives. Responsibilities Extract the requirements of dashboards using the business statements shared by clients Anticipate the client future requirement in relation to the dashboards and suggest the possible options Organize the requirements to prepare more insightful dashboards and present to client Implement advanced strategies for gathering reviewing and analyzing the data requirements Manage and process client reporting on specified schedule Ability to prepare the reports within short turnaround time Prioritize the requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mockups Master strategic business process modeling traceability and quality management techniques Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving Collaborate with the client services team on reporting needs and process improvements. Build and automate (when possible) reports in Excel based on submitted requirements and report mock-ups. Review and quality check other reports to ensure correctness Provide data-driven recommendations that align with client services team objectives. Certifications Required Google Ads Microsoft Excel
