Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Content Authoring and Adobe AEM. Experience in IT Security is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. The position operates on a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe AEM to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Provide technical solutions for content authoring and management using Adobe AEM.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience.
Implement best practices for code quality testing and deployment.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Work closely with IT Security teams to integrate security best practices into the development process.
Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users as needed.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all development activities.
Provide support and maintenance for existing applications to ensure their continued functionality.
