Process Executive - Data

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a keen interest in customer verification and service within the mortgage domain. This role involves supporting various operational processes ensuring accuracy and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational processes by utilizing MS Excel to manage and analyze data.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer verification processes within the mortgage domain.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and providing feedback on process enhancements.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly within the mortgage domain.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Display effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Experience in customer verification and service within the mortgage domain is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Show commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Be open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Certifications Required

Certification in MS Excel or related data analysis tools is preferred.
