Job Summary
This position requires the candidate to perform predefined day to day activities and deliver the minimum stated results
Responsibilities
Graduate in any stream
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Attention to detail
Good analytical & coordination skills are essential
Ability to perform in adverse situations
Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process
Quick learner and tech-savvy in understanding new systems and tools
Meet productivity targets within the desired error rate
Understand the tools and policy
Review images as per process and arrive at a decision towards moderation
Provide feedback towards improvement of the product process policy etc. where identified
Ensure all training programmes are completed on time with the expected results
Experience working in a BPO environment
