As a platform Administrator focused on Environment Management and security, you will be responsible for overseeing the configurations, security, and maintenance of Okta BT applications. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability , security, and compliance of our platform environments. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to implement and maintain robust security controls, manage environment refreshes, apply patches and upgrades and enforce standard processes. This position requires working with many new technologies and applications. If you thrive on solving hard and complex problems, then this could be a great fit for you.You will need to be a self-starter, ready to dig in and own projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver quality results. The work is challenging, but you can count on a deep level of support from your team.

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain multiple environments to support various stages of the software development life cycle.
- Monitor and manage integrations with internal and external systems and platforms.
- Help coordinate an integration Center of Excellence to facilitate integration - related training, next practices and information sharing across organizations.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current industry standards relating to enterprise software applications and how they are installed, configured and supported in an enterprise environment.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage cloud and On-premise environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
- Perform regular platform updates and patches, ensuring the system stability and security compliance
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments
- develop scripts or use automation tools to automate the process of refreshing environments
- Schedule regular automated environment refreshed to ensure consistency and data integrity across environments
- Configure automated security monitoring tools to detect and alert on suspicious activities , unauthorized access attempts, or potential security vulnerabilities.
- Automate the process of masking data in test environments to ensure the sensitive data remains protected and comply with data protection regulations.
- At least 3+ years of experience in the administration and maintenance of applications like (Salesforce, Boomi, Netsuite)
- Expertise in managing salesforce upgrades, Refreshes, and ensuring successful integration.
- Configure and implement data masking solutions or tools compatible with salesforce to replace or conceal sensitive data.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance salesforce functionality and efficiency
- Experience in the automation and scripting languages tools like Jenkins, Circle CI, Gitlab, Python etc..
- Utilize expertise in cloud security to implement and maintain security controls , monitoring and compliance measures for cloud based applications.
- Experience coaching and developing individuals for increased effectiveness and working with a geographically dispersed workforce is a plus. Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
- Oversee data quality and integrity within salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills
