This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates with CCNA certification to gain practical experience in the cybersecurity industry. supporting clients with our cutting-edge solutions. Gurgaon residency or relocation at own cost is required. Key Responsibilities (Pre Sales):
Develop solution documents, participate in pre-bid queries, and ensure smooth participation in bids.
Design HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) block-wise solutions for client proposals.
Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with customer requirements.
Assist in preparing solution presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Provide technical advice and solution demonstrations during pre-sales discussions.
Requirements:
Education: B.Tech or Engineering graduates, preferably from government colleges(Will be Preferred).
Certification: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification or MCSA is Desirable.
Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi (neutral accent); a third Indian language is an advantage.
Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work on a 24*7 support roster.
Stipend and Compensation:
First 3 Months (Internship): INR 8,000-10000/- per month.
Post-Internship: INR 25,000 per month from the 4th month, contingent upon selection.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Technical Proficiency: Satisfactory scores in monthly assessments and evaluations.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain an average satisfaction rating of 85% or higher.
Response and Resolution Time: Respond within 30 minutes, resolve issues in 4 hours on average.
Communication: Consistently positive feedback on clarity and professionalism.
Roster Adherence: 95% compliance with roster schedules.
Learning and Development: Complete all training and participate in learning activities.
Collaboration & Documentation: Active team participation and accurate documentation.
