Job Description:
Prepare budget based on past data and future targets.
Seek approval of budget check consumption pattern equipment–wise with respect to budget.
Take corrective actions,carry out why-why anlysis.
Monitor the indents / inventory mechanize/ improve handling system of materials.
System Implementation: Organise & implement the system requirement of ISO systems QMS, EMS, OHSAS, and WCM systems in cement mill mechanical section through the involvement of employees for for improving plant working and quality standard.
Identify and execute improvements. identify and get rectifiesd : abnormalities, spillage/leakage,unsafe condition/practices. 5s activities.Execute implementation plan for strategic quality projects.quality improvement objective. Improvement of WCM criteria score. Internal customer rating improvement . ISO system improvement.
Statutory compliance.improvment of OEE/MTBF/MTTR maintain ISO documentation and requirements of department prepare / present weekly/monthly WCM presentation.devlop model area.
Environment & Safety : Monitor & carryout all the activities required to maintain good house keeping and and safety standard of section.
Identify spiliage / leakage / dust emmisions.
Study problems for corrective actions, execute small modification for improvement.
Educate workmen / contract workmen for safe working practices. Analyze accidents, near miss cases. Identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
Modification / Upgradation : Identify and carryout various modification / changes required for improvement in plant working on continuous basis in the section
Coordinate and execute cement mill area projects - Dry fly-ash handling system for cement mill , Truck tippler arrangement for dry fly ash handling
roller press circuit for cement mill, Identifying and implement improvement projects by doing modififcations in system , analyze breakdowns and suggestions.
Qualifications:

5-8 Years

Cost Control : Monitor & control cost of all maintenance activities of cement mill mechanical section as per budget in order to optimize maintenance costs.
