Roles and Responsibilities: Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing 1. Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and other relevant platforms. 2. Set up and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including traffic, conversions, and ROI. 3. Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify growth opportunities. 5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other performance tracking platforms. 6. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization. 7. Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to optimize performance and improve conversion rates. 8. Continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies based on data and performance analysis. 9. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions. 10. Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies. 11.
