Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. 2. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign planning, targeting, budget allocation, creative development, and optimization. 3. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance. 4. Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to drive qualified traffic and conversions. 5. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. 6. Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements. 7. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and messaging. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 9. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign workflows, track leads, and measure campaign attribution. 10. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a strong track record of driving measurable results. 3. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, advertising platforms, and analytics tools. 4. Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior. 5.
