Key Responsibilities: ● SEO Strategy & Implementation: ○ Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. ○ Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. ○ Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. ○ Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. ● Performance Marketing: ○ Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). ○ Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on campaign ROI. ○ Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements for better performance. ○ Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create high-performing digital assets. ● E-Commerce Platform Management: ○ List and optimize products on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio. ○ Develop and implement advertising strategies on these platforms to maximize product visibility and sales. ○ Monitor and analyze performance data from these platforms to make data-driven decisions. ○ Stay informed about platform-specific updates, guidelines, and best practices. ● Data Analysis & Reporting: ○ Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify trends and insights. ○ Prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts. ○ Utilize data to inform and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. ● Collaboration & Communication: ○ Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts. ○ Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and management. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. ● 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and performance marketing. ● Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). ● Strong knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). ● Experience with product listing and advertising on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio. ● Proficient in data analysis and reporting. ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
