Roles and Responsibilities
1. Product Development: - Collaborate with designers to create product lines that align with market trends and brand identity.
2. Sourcing Materials: - Identify and negotiate with suppliers for fabrics and other materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
3. Production Planning: - Develop production timelines and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products.
4. Inventory Management: - Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to optimize sales and minimize waste.
5. Market Analysis: - Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies.
6. Quality Control: - Ensure that products meet quality standards through inspections and testing during production.
7. Sales Collaboration: - Work closely with sales teams to align production with customer demand and promotional activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
