Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues related to purchases.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation of all transactions.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new jewellery designs, and gemstone knowledge.
Offer expert advice on jewellery care, repair services, and custom orders.
Keep track of competitors’ offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Promotions and Marketing:
Actively participate in promotional activities such as events, sales campaigns, and customer outreach programs.
Suggest improvements in marketing strategies based on customer feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales goals.
Share market insights, customer preferences, and suggestions to help in product planning and promotions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to engage customers and explain product features.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work efficiently under pressure.
Customer Service: A customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail: Knowledge of different jewellery materials, gemstones, and metals, with attention to detail in product presentations.
