Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team in the production of EVA and solar backsheets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment involved in the production of EVA and solar backsheets.
- Follow production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Document production data, including output quantities, quality issues, and equipment maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in plastics or solar technology.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, as needed.
- Manual dexterity to operate machinery and perform inspections.
