Job Description: Duties & Responsibilities

Provide medical services to HCW employees, their families, and others in accordance with company policy.
Deliver emergency and critical care services 24/7.
Conduct pre-employment examinations and annual medical check-ups as required by law.
Lead initiatives to promote health awareness, prevent diseases, and provide training on First Aid and CPR as needed.
Routine OPD and patient care, clinical laboratory, waste disposal, hospital administration.
Preventive Health Care: Awareness on health promotion, disease prevention, and initiatives as per the wellness calendar, including diagnostic camps and immunization.
Statutory Requirements: Pre-employment examinations, annual medical check-ups, First Aid training and services, and bio-medical waste management.
Curative Care: Free consultation camps, liaison with external doctors and professionals, emergency procedures, and critical and emergency care.
Maternal and Child Health: Maternal health care and child health services.
