We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to support the marketing and admissions team in promoting our school's programs and enhancing student enrollment. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and customer relationship management, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills in a real-world educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Marketing Campaigns:
Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote school programs.
Assist in creating marketing content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Manage and update the school’s website content as needed.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Support efforts in lead generation through targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and social media.
Assist in identifying potential partnerships with community organizations and local businesses.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Help plan and organize school events such as open houses, fairs, and information sessions to drive admissions.
Provide on-site support during events, welcoming prospective students and parents.
Customer Relationship Management:
Assist with maintaining and updating the CRM system with new leads and follow-up activities.
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via email and phone.
Sales Support:
Conduct market research to identify potential new enrollment opportunities and competitive trends.
Assist with drafting sales pitches and presentations for prospective students and families.
Track sales pipeline and follow up with prospective families to encourage enrollment.
Performance Analysis:
Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts by tracking key metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and event attendance.
Create reports and presentations to summarize findings and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, etc.).
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn.
