Office cum marketing
Office Administration:
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Handle student enrollment processes, including maintaining and updating student records.
- Organize school documents, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with school communication, including drafting emails, newsletters, and memos.
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient working environment.
- Support staff and teachers with administrative tasks, such as printing materials and preparing reports.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage social media accounts, create posts, and engage with the community on various platforms.
- Update the school’s website with relevant content, news, and announcements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for promotional materials, print ads, and event organization.
- Design flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials using basic design software.
- Help organize open houses, school tours, and special events to attract prospective students.
- Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase outreach efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience in marketing, event planning, or public relations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, based in the school office.
- Interaction with students, parents, teachers, and external stakeholders.
- Some weekend or evening work may be required for events.
