Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials for corporate and educational clients, including e Learning courses, simulations, and interactive modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and animators to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create learner-centric experiences that meet project objectives and learning goals.
- Develop interactive e Learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- 2-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in the e Learning industry.
- Strong understanding of instructional design theories and methodologies.
- Experience with e Learning authoring tools and multimedia development software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
