We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Quest Global. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and designing effective training programs for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics and animations, to enhance learning materials
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
Proficient in instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and project management skills
