- Dealing with customers in branch offices.
- Testing and buying their old gold ornaments.
- Calculating their item value and dealing with cash gold and silver.
- Following standard protocol and providing excellent customer service.
- Interacting with customers and providing them customer satisfaction.
- Experience in any sales profile or in any jewelry showrooms
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in handling office machinery.
