Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Promote gold loan products to potential customers, achieving sales targets through effective outreach and engagement strategies.
- Client Interaction: Understand clients’ financial needs and offer suitable gold loan solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Application Management: Assist clients with the gold loan application process, including valuation, documentation, and approval procedures. Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position Jana Small Finance Bank’s gold loan products.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to gold loans, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all transactions and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in gold loans, banking, or related financial services.
- Education: Any
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Understanding of gold loan products, financial regulations, and market dynamics.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
