The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, and at least 1-2 years of experience in MIS-related roles. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will work directly on the company's payroll.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MIS reports for various business functions.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and macros, to analyze data and generate insights.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Provide training and support to team members on Excel and MIS tools.
- Continuously improve existing reports and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze trends and variances to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management as required.
- Male candidate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a background in mathematics or statistics.
- Min 1-2 years of experience in MIS or related roles.
- Expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in pivot tables and macros is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Master's certification in Excel will be a definite plus.
