Job Purpose
Responsible for network uptime for Radio & MW. Responsible to deliver improvement in network KPIs for all RAN, MW and access transport including MTTR. Responsible to deliver circle Opex cost Responsible for asset including tools and spares in cluster including R&R with OEM Governance with various IPs for punch-point rectification, Corrective & Preventive maintenance Responsible for MTX and VTH infra uptime and compliances.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
MTX, RNA - MW & Critical Node Availability :
Ensure delivery of uptime as per defined thresholds for all technologies
Ensure delivery of critical network node availability with faults rectification as per agreed thresholds Drive SNOC & OEM during EME / for Critical HW fault rectification
Alarms & Network hygiene :
Track, resolve & maintain SA Alarms as per defined threshold
Drive frequent alarm generating sites within 24 Hrs.
Spares, Consumables, NSS transactions & record keeping :
Ensure Spares & Consumables stock, availability within circle and procure requirements in advance with forecast for MTX, RAN and Transport networks.
Ensure all Spares transactions recorded thru NSS applications
Tracking cluster technology asset, tools and spares
Ensure R&R as per agreed SLA with OEM and WH partners
Drive correction and improvement of hygiene of physical site condition HW and Infra with IP partners
Repeat HW fault analysis and drive corrective action to reduce faults
Preventive Maintenance :
Ensure timely execution, completion of PM for MTX, BTS Sites installed equipment’s as per agreed calendar without compromising quality
Drive quarterly PM awareness program, maintain PM quality including Alarm free sites & No repeat alarm. Need physical verification / audit for 20 sites per month
Drive to reduce RNP cases, proper packing & handling, site visit / audit for repetitive HW faults, ensure HW functionality as IP rating specified by OEM.
MW uptime, maintain Ho Ps & Loops as per CODE design & and ensure the visibility of nodes in the NMS.
Liasoning with IP vendors, Escalate & drive LVD bypass & Low voltage cases, Infra upgradation, last mile OFC vendors and local authorities to improve the network stability
Site AT to ensure quality installation as per OEM compliance & Alarm free sites are being inducted for Operation
Review PO, PR & Payment cycle for local vendors & governance
