Field Service Technician
Eon Infotech Limited is a leading provider of Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and electronic devices. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and support of VTS and electronic devices for our customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and other regions as required.
Role/Responsibilities -
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Role/Responsibilities -
- Installation: Install and configure Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and electronic devices in various customer vehicles.
- Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with VTS and electronic devices, ensuring their proper functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support and Training: Provide technical support to customers and conduct training sessions to ensure they can use our products effectively.
- Resident Engineer: Serve as a resident engineer in Bangalore, with the possibility of traveling to other regions, including Goa, Kerala, and Chennai, as required by the company.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driver's license is a must.
- Possession of an Android mobile phone is required for communication and reporting.
- Willingness to travel across all customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and occasionally to other places as needed.
- Technical diploma or ITI in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar field service or technical support role is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
