Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the pet preform and plastic sectors, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the pet preform and plastic industries.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential customers. Use insights to inform sales strategies.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including specifications, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining profitability.
Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align on product offerings and promotional strategies.
Work Location : Madhya Pradesh (MP) & Maharastra (MH) both Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the pet preform or plastic industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
