Dispatch Supervisor
Position Overview: The Dispatch Manager oversees the dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This role involves coordinating with the logistics team, managing dispatch schedules, and optimizing delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily dispatch operations, including scheduling and routing.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely packing of shipments.
- Monitor and manage delivery performance to meet service level agreements.
- Resolve any issues related to dispatch and delivery promptly.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in dispatch or logistics management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatch and logistics software.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
