Position Overview: The Dispatch Manager oversees the dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Plan and oversee daily dispatch operations, including scheduling and routing.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely packing of shipments.
Monitor and manage delivery performance to meet service level agreements.
Resolve any issues related to dispatch and delivery promptly.
Maintain records and prepare reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
