We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our Pharmaceuticals team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products to various locations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Experience:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our Pharmaceuticals team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products to various locations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the dispatch of pharmaceutical products to different locations
- Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to maintain stock levels
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch or logistics role
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
