Export Documentation Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Documentation Preparation:
- Prepare and review all necessary export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
- Ensure that all documents comply with international trade regulations and standards.
- Compliance and Regulation:
- Stay updated on export regulations and trade compliance requirements for different countries.
- Ensure that all exports comply with local and international trade laws, including customs regulations and tariffs.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to gather information and ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain and organize detailed records of all export transactions, documentation, and correspondence.
- Ensure that documentation is readily accessible for audits or inspections.
- Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve any issues related to export documentation, such as discrepancies or delays.
- Provide support in handling disputes or claims related to exports.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding export documentation and shipment status.
- Assist customers in understanding and complying with export requirements.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve documentation processes and practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices and technological solutions to streamline documentation procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
