Customer Relationship Executive (Female)
Location: Saddu, Mowa, Raipur, C.G.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products/services to provide accurate information and support.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products/services that meet customer needs.
- Reporting: Track and analyze customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
