- Decision making: Making informed decisions for the organization based on market research
- Document management: Managing, storing, organizing, and retrieving internal office documents
- Stationery ordering: Ordering office stationery, including staples, ink, printing paper, folders, and writing supplies
- Meeting scheduling: Scheduling meetings
- Meeting minutes: Taking meeting minutes
- Communication: Communicating with management and staff
