Executive Chef
- Baking: Following recipes to make pastries, cookies, and other baked goods
- Decorating: Using a variety of icings and toppings to decorate pastries
- Menu creation: Developing new recipes and menu items
- Inventory management: Ordering supplies and equipment, and monitoring stock levels
- Client communication: Understanding client requests and making recommendations
- Custom orders: Meeting with clients to discuss custom orders for cakes and other treats
- Training: Training and leading assistant pastry chefs
- Health and safety: Ensuring that everyone in the kitchen follows health and safety procedures
- Kitchen management: Planning and managing the daily operations of the pastry section
- Teamwork: Working with other chefs and sourcing suppliers
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
