Customer Support Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve complex customer issues.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products/services and customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
