Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Problem Resolution:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by customers.
- Offer solutions or escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document feedback and report common issues to help improve products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.
- Proactively offer additional support or information to enhance the customer experience.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, new services, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Continuously improve knowledge base through training and self-study.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Education:
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
