Ensure every team has left and started their route, if not call the team and ask them for a reason and log it on the driver's issues sheet.
Make sure all non-fit has been replanned and planned for the following day, speak with lucky if this is possible
Attend all driver's calls
Make sure all issues/not found parts missing are logged onto the issue sheet and the warehouse team has been made aware to get the ongoing issues resolved/found and get the planning team to book in for delivery once resolved.
All issues-on-issues sheets should be updated the same day at the end of your shift, any issue/not found that hasn't been resolved as matter of urgency
Operation emails and ensure all the CSV files are uploaded as priority
During the day any CSV file should be uploaded within the 10 min. from receiving the email.
Any overflow of customer/supplier calls please help the team if everyone is busy on another call
All pickups should be checked by the end of your shift and put on hand date
